My homepage pretty well sums it up. I would go on to say that I have reached inner peaks of joy and peace that I could never, in the deperate darkeness of my youth, have imagined possible. My twenty-four years of rich experience in Sahaja Yoga have opened up vistas of deep fulfillment that I hope to share with as many others as possible. Born in Aquarius on a fullmoon with Sagitarius rising, I've never been much interested in the mundane. My heart goes out to the stumbling seeker of Truth.
